Regional Sales Manager – ANZ

About the role

We are partnering with a global technology leader that provides networking and connectivity solutions. The Regional Sales Manager will drive growth across Australia and New Zealand by building and expanding channel partnerships, prospecting new business, and managing the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and develop relationships with systems integrators, resellers, distributors and end‑users throughout the ANZ region.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and account development.
• Deliver product presentations, demos and training sessions to partners and customers.
• Support channel partners in qualifying and closing sales opportunities.
• Manage inbound leads, provide timely responses and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline and opportunity records in the CRM.
• Provide regular forecasts, market insights and territory updates to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 5‑10 years of B2B sales, account management, business development or channel sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, resource‑ful and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
