Regional Manager – Military (Southern NSW/ACT)

About the role

Acumen Health is looking for an experienced, commercially‑minded Regional Manager to lead on‑ and off‑base service delivery for Defence and rehabilitation contracts across Southern NSW and the ACT. You will be responsible for operational performance, stakeholder relationships and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional operations, manage teams and ensure KPIs, service standards and compliance are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ADF representatives and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Oversee regional P&L, revenue, margin and EBITDA, balancing commercial and service quality outcomes.
• Represent Acumen Health at customer meetings, contract reviews and industry forums.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology or related Allied Health discipline with current registration.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation, injury management or similar.
• Proven operational leadership, people management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, commercial outcomes or financial performance metrics.
