Regional Manager – Community Services

About the role

IFYS is seeking a Regional Manager to lead its Non‑Family Based Care programmes in the Rockhampton region. The role oversees a team of Case Managers across three programmes, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and compliance with all relevant standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to service agreements, contracts and regulatory requirements for the region.
• Collaborate with finance to manage and monitor programme budgets.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Case Managers to achieve positive outcomes for young people.
• Ensure programmes are adequately resourced (human, safety, ICT and other needs).
• Build and sustain purposeful partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement of practice methodologies, internal processes and systems.
• Contribute to strategic planning and identification of regional priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and managing case‑management teams in community‑service settings.
• Ability to travel across the Rockhampton & Capricorn Coast region as required.
• Strong commitment to inclusive and respectful workplace practices.
