Regional HR Manager

About the role

The Regional HR Manager will provide strategic and operational HR leadership across a complex, multi‑site business environment spanning three locations. Based in Perth, this role partners with senior leaders to shape people strategies, drive industrial relations outcomes and foster a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert HR and Industrial Relations advice to senior leaders and operational teams.
• Lead employee relations matters, workplace investigations, negotiations and compliance activities.
• Support business growth through workforce planning, tenders, contract mobilisations and strategic people initiatives.
• Develop and implement talent, retention, diversity and employee engagement strategies.
• Coach and mentor leaders to build capability and strengthen organisational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR systems, processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Commercially minded HR leader with experience in fast‑paced operational environments.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
• Significant senior HR leadership or business partnering experience.
• Strong expertise in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
• Exceptional influencing, coaching and relationship‑building skills.
