Red Bull Territory Manager – ACT & Southern NSW

About the role

As a Red Bull Musketeer (Territory Manager) you will act as the face of the brand across the ACT and Southern NSW hospitality scene. Working remotely, you will build and nurture relationships with bars, restaurants, clubs and event venues to grow on‑premise sales and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Red Bull at trend‑setting cafés, bars, clubs, festivals and private events, ensuring product availability and brand exposure.
• Develop and maintain long‑term partnerships with existing customers while creating new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
• Own on‑premise sales and marketing activities for the region, monitoring trends and identifying new distribution opportunities.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches, negotiate agreements and exceed sales targets through creative marketing concepts.

Required profile

• Passion for the hospitality industry with proven experience in roles such as bar manager, venue manager, event promoter or restaurant owner.
• Willingness to travel throughout the region every three weeks and work flexible, non‑9‑to‑5 hours.
• Strong commercial acumen, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to build a personal reputation within the local nightlife scene.
