Recruitment Resourcer

About the role

HOBAN Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join its Seven Hills industrial team, supporting clients across Western and South West Sydney in the warehousing, logistics and manufacturing sectors. It is a fast-paced, full-time permanent role where you spend your day interviewing candidates, coordinating recruitment activities and keeping the process moving. Candidates can come from recruitment, sales, real estate or hospitality backgrounds.

Key responsibilities

• Interview candidates over the phone and face to face
• Complete manual handling assessments
• Manage individual and shared inboxes and answer candidate and client enquiries by phone and email
• Coordinate onboarding, including VEVO and compliance checks
• Post job advertisements and manage applications
• Screen resumes and match candidates to suitable roles
• Update candidate records in the recruitment system
• Visit client sites across Western and South West Sydney when required

Required profile

• Great communication skills and ability to manage several tasks at once under pressure
• Organised, with good attention to detail, proactive and problem-solving
• Available to work Monday to Friday and able to travel to the Seven Hills office
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Australian citizen or permanent resident
