Recruitment Manager / Recruiter – Relocation to Australia

About the role
CSG Talent is seeking experienced Recruitment Managers and Recruiters who are willing to relocate to Australia. You will join a high‑performing, globally‑focused team operating across Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, helping to grow the business in the APAC region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a senior‑level market.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Generate candidate pipelines and hunt for new opportunities.
- Guide and support junior recruiters on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Forecast business performance and manage team P&L, reporting to the Managing Director.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of full‑time recruitment experience, or five years of experience to meet visa criteria.
- Proven ability to develop long‑term client and candidate relationships.
- Positive, motivated attitude and willingness to work in a collaborative team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Experience using job boards and CRM systems.
