About the role

Join Queensland’s longest‑standing specialist legal recruitment agency as a Legal Executive Recruiter. You will inherit an established portfolio of active clients, quality vacancies and a strong candidate network, while working alongside experienced executive recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain trusted relationships with lawyers, legal support professionals and employers across Queensland.
• Partner with existing clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage an established portfolio of active clients, quality vacancies and a network of candidates.
• Collaborate with senior executive recruiters, benefiting from mentorship and knowledge sharing.
• Support the creation of new vertical portfolios and high‑level partner appointments for law firms and in‑house teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in legal or executive recruitment, preferably within Queensland.
• Strong consultative and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility to work full‑time, part‑time or hybrid schedules.
