Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator joins Domain’s Human Resources team in Sydney and acts as the central hub for the hiring and onboarding process. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, you will ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and new hires from offer through to their first day.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the hiring process from interview scheduling to start date and onboarding.
• Create, receive, and track offer letters, new‑hire agreements, and pre‑employment paperwork.
• Initiate, track, and troubleshoot background investigations, including motor vehicle reports and credit checks where applicable.
• Maintain real‑time tracking of new hires in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Serve as the resident expert for Workday and ATS processes, accuracy, and reporting.
• Schedule interview days, send confirmations, and manage interview calendars.
• Arrange travel and lodging for candidates and new hires as needed.
• Provide a white‑glove candidate experience during on‑site interviews.
• Monitor and manage incoming tickets in the AskHR case management system.
• Assist with special projects such as reporting, system testing, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting, or administration.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
