About the role

HorizonOne is hiring a Recruitment Consultant for its Technology and Cyber team in Canberra. The consultant focuses mainly on contractor placements through the BuyICT panel, and can also work on exclusive permanent, contingent and contracting work, supported by in-house marketing and corporate teams. The work is described as 360-degree recruitment, connecting clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Focus predominantly on contractor placements through the BuyICT panel
• Work across permanent, contingent and contracting placements
• Support clients and candidates in a 360-degree recruitment approach

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and experience with BuyICT
• Reliable, accountable and collaborative, with a growth mindset
• Wants to move beyond transactional recruitment toward acting as a trusted advisor
• Open to Senior Consultants in Technology, Cyber or Human Resources recruitment

• Expected salary from $70k for consultants and $90k-$120k for senior consultants, plus superannuation and commissions
