Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Employee Services team. You will manage a recruitment case load, providing advisory services and ensuring a smooth experience for applicants and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of recruitment cases from start to finish.
• Provide advice on recruitment, selection and appointment processes in line with public sector legislation.
• Support applicants and employees to ensure an optimal recruitment experience.
• Utilise a range of IT systems to record, process and manage transactional recruitment activities.
• Process transactional components accurately, consistently and within defined KPIs.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the public sector.
• Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory frameworks governing employment.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multifaceted environment.
