Recruitment Advisor – Blue‑Collar Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Advisor who is passionate about blue‑collar hiring and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. You will support a leading provider of integrated workforce solutions operating in remote, resource‑based sites across mining, energy and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a regional portfolio of blue‑collar recruitment needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, campaigns, networking and referrals.
• Deliver an end‑to‑end recruitment process with a strong focus on candidate experience.
• Collaborate with site stakeholders on current hiring and future workforce planning.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for trade and operational roles.

Required profile

• Experience in agency or internal recruitment, preferably in blue‑collar and high‑volume settings.
• Exposure to mining, resources or remote sectors is an advantage.
• A motivated recruiter ready to step into a leadership pathway, or a hands‑on recruiter who enjoys working closely with operational teams.
