Real Estate Sales Agent

About the role

AC Real Estate is looking for an experienced Sales Agent to join its growing team. The agent proactively generates new relationships and new business and supports the Principal with listings as required. Applicants should be ambitious, motivated team players who provide first-class customer service and can liaise with clients and represent the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign management and exceptional vendor communication and database management
• Prospect and maintain a database of local clients, and develop relationships with new and existing ones
• Facilitate sales transactions from pre-list to post-settlement
• Liaise with vendors and buyers, explore new sales opportunities and conduct open and private inspections
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Required profile

• Local real estate industry experience
• Ability to appraise properties and identify their strengths and potential
• A Real Estate licence (essential) and a current driver's licence
• Sound real estate marketing skills and knowledge of real estate legislation
• Excellent communication, organisational, negotiation and client relationship skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Team player with good time management, forward-thinking and tech-savvy
