Re-Engagement Agent – Warm Lead Sales (Brisbane)

About the role

We are seeking a Re‑Engagement Agent to join our Brisbane CBD team. You will contact warm leads—customers who have previously interacted with Compare Club—and guide them to our specialist broker team. The role involves no cold calling, door‑to‑door work, or chasing strangers, focusing instead on genuine, value‑driven conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Call customers who have opted to be contacted and re‑engage them.
• Listen actively, build trust, and qualify their current financial needs.
• Transfer qualified leads smoothly to specialist brokers.
• Maintain accurate call records and meet daily contact targets.
• Optionally work Saturday shifts to boost earnings (not mandatory).

Required profile

• Experience in outbound/inbound call centres, lead generation, retail, hospitality, or door‑to‑door sales.
• Strong verbal communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Resilient, positive attitude and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
