Ramp and Baggage Agent – Part‑time (24 hrs/week)

About the role

Join dnata Airport Services as a Ramp and Baggage Agent on a permanent part‑time basis (guaranteed 24 hours per week) at Sydney International Airport. You will be a vital member of the team that ensures smooth airport operations and moves the world.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the movement of ground‑services equipment such as aircraft stairs, mobile conveyors, tugs and belt loaders.
• Marshall arriving aircraft in accordance with safety procedures.
• Perform safe and timely aircraft push‑back and towing activities, operating both conventional and tow‑bar‑less pushback tractors.
• Handle baggage management tasks throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency.
• Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment medical test and lift up to 23 kg.
• Ability to pass an Australian Federal Police security check.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High level of customer service.
• Availability for a rotating roster.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (basic‑intermediate).
