Quantitative Researcher – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Quantitative Researcher to help train AI models by creating and evaluating complex mathematics problems. The position is fully remote, allowing you to select projects and work on your own schedule. A strong background in mathematics is required; a Master’s or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Design diverse and challenging math problems for AI chatbots.
• Assess AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and performance.
• Provide feedback to improve model accuracy and reliability.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in statistics, arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, probability, and inductive/deductive reasoning.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not required.
• Only applicants residing in Australia will be considered.
