Quality Systems Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to maintain and continuously improve the Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) Management System at our Moorabbin manufacturing site. Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, you will partner with operational leaders and national stakeholders to ensure compliance, audit readiness and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the site QSE Management System to meet internal, regulatory and Brand Partner requirements.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, including FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ABWI certifications.
• Manage corrective action programs: root‑cause analysis, action tracking, governance and closure.
• Oversee document control and alignment with national procedures and frameworks.
• Provide technical support for Quality, Safety, Environment, GMP and operational compliance processes.
• Analyse QSE data and metrics to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Promote an “always audit‑ready” culture across the site.
• Support change‑management activities through communication, training and system implementation.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and operational teams to strengthen system capability and compliance culture.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and collaborative professional with experience in FMCG, manufacturing or beverage environments.
• Strong knowledge of Quality, Safety and Environmental systems and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with integrated management systems and audit processes.
