Quality Systems Coordinator

About the role

Join Saputo Dairy Australia at the Cobram manufacturing site as a Quality Systems Coordinator. You will support the Quality Manager in maintaining robust quality systems and ensuring that finished products comply with all regulatory and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Quality Management System documentation.
• Support internal GMP audits and external regulatory audits.
• Investigate non‑conformances and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide technical expertise and drive continuous improvement of quality processes.
• Prepare and deliver quality training, including CCP and QCP sessions.
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Food Science or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a quality role within the dairy or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food laws, regulations and audit standards such as HACCP.
• Excellent written communication and report‑writing skills.

Required skills

• HACCP audit experience.
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge.
• Quality Management System (QMS) maintenance.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
