Quality Manager – Wetherill Park

About the role

CSR is seeking a Quality Manager for its Wetherill Park site in Australia. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead the site’s quality function, ensuring products meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements and internal standards while fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance systems, policies and procedures aligned with ISO 9001.
• Lead inspection, testing and quality control activities to ensure consistent product standards.
• Drive continuous improvement using Total Quality Management, lean principles, root‑cause analysis and Kaizen.
• Monitor compliance, prepare for audits and maintain audit readiness.
• Mentor the quality team and collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers and retailers to embed quality across operations.
• Support WHSE requirements and promote a Zero Harm, sustainable work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer or similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO‑based environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead improvement initiatives and root‑cause investigations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
