Quality Manager - Richlands Manufacturing Site

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality, food safety and compliance at its flagship Richlands manufacturing site, one of Australia's largest and most advanced beverage production facilities. The role provides technical leadership, partners with cross-functional teams and builds a culture of continuous improvement across a 24/7 operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site quality, food safety and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to TCCC KORE, GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality systems, processes and documentation.
• Provide technical leadership for quality investigations, consumer complaints, line trials and product validations.
• Develop capability across the site through coaching, training and promotion of quality and food safety best practices.
• Partner with operational teams to identify risks, conduct audits, implement corrective actions and deliver safe, high-quality products.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualifications preferred in Science (QMS / Food Safety systems auditor).
• Minimum 5 years of QA leadership experience in a similar role; FMCG or similar industry experience desirable.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence others.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Food Safety legislation and regulations.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 quality and food safety management systems.
• TCCC KORE knowledge desirable.
