Quality Engineer – Manufacturing

About the role

As a Quality Engineer you will be the technical quality anchor for the site, ensuring product and process quality across all product lines. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations and R&D to support new product introduction, process validation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment and continuous improvement of the site Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead product and process quality activities including NPI, process validation, First Article Inspection and risk analysis (FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA).
• Investigate non‑conformances, audit findings, CAPA, complaints and SCARs using structured problem‑solving methods.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation such as control plans, Inspection and Test Plans, Certificates of Compliance and manufacturing data reports.
• Support supplier quality, change control, deviation management and in‑process controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive ownership mindset.

Required skills

• FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA risk analysis.
• ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Structured problem‑solving methodologies (8D, Root Cause Analysis, Lean tools).
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
