Quality Coordinator

About the role
As a Quality Coordinator you will oversee the electrical, civil and mechanical aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards and regulatory obligations. You will act as a bridge between engineering, construction teams and quality assurance processes to deliver safe and compliant outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate and conduct inspections across electrical, civil and mechanical works.
- Optimize quality control processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to support seamless project execution.
- Train production personnel on quality and safety protocols.
Required profile
- Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Advanced Diploma or qualification in Engineering, Science, Building, Construction, Quality Management or Project Management.
- 2–3 years of experience in civil quality assurance (desirable).
