Quality & Compliance Business Partner

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Quality & Compliance Business Partner to support its OSHC services across NSW. Working in a hybrid model, you will help services meet legislative, regulatory and internal standards while building capability within teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits and site visits to assess compliance with quality frameworks and organisational standards.
• Support services with Quality Improvement Plans, action plans and corrective actions.
• Coach and guide service leaders to strengthen quality practices and outcomes.
• Assist with external regulatory audits, inspections and investigations of safeguarding, safety and quality incidents.
• Monitor legislative changes, communicate updates and act as a key contact for state regulators.
• Develop, review and maintain policies, procedures and training solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years’ experience in compliance, quality assurance or regulatory roles within the Education and Care sector.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law, National Quality Standards and Child Protection legislation.
• Proven experience conducting audits, compliance reviews and developing QIPs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Valid Working with Children Check, current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across NSW.
