Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly seasoned Quality Assurance Manager with 15–18 years of experience to lead and drive our testing strategy. The role bridges technical QA execution with high‑level stakeholder management, ensuring quality across the travel domain.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies and test plans.
• Lead defect triaging and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly test reports and progress updates.
• Oversee API testing using Postman and validate data structures such as JSON and XML.
• Conduct SQL/DB testing and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain an automated testing strategy using various tools.
• Champion Agile QA/Dev processes and the full software development/testing lifecycle.

Required profile

• 15‑18 years of overall QA experience.
• Minimum 3‑5 years in the travel domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in senior QA roles.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
