About the role
An experienced Quality Assurance Manager is needed to lead food safety and quality systems in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and certification standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage site QA and food safety programs, conduct audits and maintain certifications.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and other regulatory standards, develop SOPs and oversee packaging and labelling compliance.
- Lead investigations, close non‑conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor and support QA team members.
Required profile
- Qualification in Food Science or related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in food industry quality systems, preferably in meat or high‑risk food production.
- Strong HACCP knowledge and internal auditing experience.
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
