Quality Assurance Advisor

About the role

Pacific Energy is expanding its Quality team and is looking for three Quality Assurance Advisors to support either Project Delivery or Manufacturing. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will translate quality requirements into actionable evidence and help improve delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Apply approved quality plans, processes, templates and evidence requirements.
• Coordinate and maintain accurate, complete and traceable quality records.
• Support ITPs, ITRs, inspections, testing, FAT/SAT, commissioning and handover activities.
• Manage inputs from engineering, project delivery, manufacturing, commissioning, supply chain and document control.
• Report NCRs, conduct root‑cause analysis, track corrective actions and ensure closure.
• Perform routine audits, process checks and evidence reviews against governed requirements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to keep records accurate and traceable.
• Organised and methodical, able to coordinate inputs and follow actions through to closure.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to attend sites or facilities as needed.

Required skills

• Experience in quality assurance, technical administration, inspection and testing, or document control.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, quality records, NCR/CAPA and audit activities.
• Knowledge of ITPs, ITRs, MDRs, FAT/SAT, commissioning and manufacturing inspection.
