QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

About the role

A full-time, on-site QA Engineer position is open to candidates with 2 to 6 years of experience who can work independently on test planning, execution and reporting. The role focuses on designing and executing test cases for web and API applications, automating regression suites and ensuring product quality through continuous validation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for web and API applications
• Automate regression suites
• Ensure product quality through continuous validation and improvement
• Create detailed test cases, bug reports and traceability matrices

Required profile

• 2 to 6 years of QA experience in both manual and automation testing
• Ability to work independently with ownership of deliverables
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Collaborative attitude with developers and stakeholders
• Preferred: exposure to web applications built on .NET and Angular, and experience in Agile environments with short sprint cycles

Required skills

• Manual testing: functional, integration, regression and UAT testing
• Automation testing with Selenium, Postman or similar tools
• API testing with RESTful APIs using Swagger, Postman or JMeter
• Defect tracking in Jira, Azure DevOps or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Git or Azure DevOps
