Purchasing Specialist (Production Support)

About the role

Join Lush’s Purchasing team in Villawood to help keep production flowing smoothly. This permanent, full‑time position supports the supply of ingredients and packaging, ensuring the brand’s ethical standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of raw materials and packaging to meet production schedules.
• Manage supplier communications, order processing, and logistics coordination.
• Maintain accurate data in MRP systems and support warehouse and production teams.
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Lush’s sustainability and ethical values.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing, logistics or administrative roles.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MRP systems.
• Competence in Google Workspace.
• Competence in Microsoft Office.
