About the role
The Attorney General's Department is seeking a qualified Prosecutor to join the Director of Public Prosecutions unit in Darwin. The role supports the provision of an independent and professional criminal prosecution service for the people of the Northern Territory of Australia. It is a full‑time public‑sector position based in Darwin, serving the entire Territory.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct criminal prosecutions in accordance with the law and departmental policies.
- Ensure the delivery of an independent and professional prosecution service for the Northern Territory community.
Required profile
- Professional level 2 experience as indicated by the agency.
- Eligibility to work in the Northern Territory, Australia.

What we offer
- Remuneration package ranging from $109,860 to $130,643 per annum, including a salary component of $92,910 to $110,781.
