Property Manager Operations

About the role

UniLodge Edith Cowan University is seeking an experienced, full-time Property Manager Operations to join its team across Joondalup and Bunbury. The role covers all aspects of property operations, including the resident experience, occupancy, financial performance and administration, within a growing student accommodation business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, optimise costs and drive occupancy outcomes
• Run programs and initiatives that improve resident satisfaction and community connection
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and university partners, with timely communication and reporting
• Keep the property safe, secure, well maintained and compliant with policies and regulations
• Recruit, develop and mentor team members

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in property management, student accommodation, hospitality or a similar environment
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Car and current driver's licence
