Property Manager

About the role

Elever Property Group is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a well‑maintained portfolio of about 120 residential properties located within 10 km of its Newstead office. The role offers a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (8:30 am‑5:00 pm) with no weekend work and dedicated leasing support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 120 properties from lease‑up to renewal and disposal.
• Coordinate routine inspections, open homes and Saturday inspections through a shared Leasing Assistant.
• Provide high‑quality service to landlords and tenants, addressing enquiries and issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve leasing targets and uphold property standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience as a property manager in residential leasing.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to travel locally.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented attitude and a genuine interest in building long‑term client relationships.
