Property Lawyer / Conveyancer – Remote, Flexible Hours

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer or licensed Conveyancer to join our national conveyancing firm on a full‑time remote basis. You will work from home, reviewing property contracts and adding appropriate special conditions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts related to property transactions and ensure legal accuracy.
• Add appropriate special conditions and advise on contractual matters.
• Collaborate with the admin team to finalize contract documentation.

Required profile

• At least 12 months experience in residential conveyancing.
• Admitted to the Supreme Court or hold a valid Australian Practising Certificate or Conveyancing Licence.
• Experience in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments and willingness to learn multiple jurisdictions.

Required skills

• Contract review and drafting.
• Transfer matters and off‑the‑plan reviews.
• Negotiations with stakeholders and liaison with authorities.
