Property Appointment Setter – Real Estate Lead Generation

About the role

Join a fast‑moving call centre team at St Trinity Property Group as a Property Associate focused on appointment setting. You will engage with qualified leads, understand their property interests, and schedule consultations for our sales consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to marketing‑qualified leads sourced from the company’s CRM database.
• Identify customers’ interests, needs and motivations to purchase a property.
• Become familiar with project details, products, procedures, policies and services.
• Answer basic questions about the properties and provide guidance on the Australian property market.
• Schedule consultations between prospective clients and sales consultants.
• Log call details and notes accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Australian property market.
• Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong listening ability, attention to detail and professional phone etiquette.
• Persuasive, results‑oriented and motivated to generate leads.
