Project Supervisor – Civil Construction (Townsville)

About the role

Stabilised Pavements Group is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor (Foreman/Supervisor) to lead pavement construction and rehabilitation projects at our Townsville depot. The role involves overseeing plant, labour and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with quotation and tender preparation.
• Plan and prepare projects in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Manage resources, materials and plant on site.
• Ensure works meet quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
• Produce daily and weekly progress reports.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Travel and work away from base as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a foreman in civil construction.
• Proven track record supervising pavement or civil works projects.
• Strong knowledge of OH&S and environmental legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
