Project Recruitment Coordinator

About the role
As a Project Recruitment Coordinator you will join Specsavers' Professional Recruitment team in Australia and New Zealand. Working on a 14‑month fixed‑term contract, you will help deliver recruitment programmes, events and assessment centres while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries, reporting and data administration for recruitment activities.
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling and venue arrangements for recruitment events and assessment centres.
- Support recruitment‑related projects and programmes, maintaining accurate data systems and reporting tools.
- Handle administrative processes such as contracts, onboarding documentation and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain recruitment platforms, website content, collateral and assist with internal meetings.
Required profile
- Strong coordination and administrative abilities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- High attention to detail with accurate data handling.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive stakeholder engagement and collaborative approach.
- Capability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
