Project Quality Representative – Perth

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Quality Representative to join our Perth‑based surfacing crew. Reporting to the Major Projects Manager, you will ensure that all site inspections are documented promptly and that quality standards are consistently met across our road construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and record project quality inspections and audits.
• Enter and manage incidents related to quality, safety and environment.
• Raise and close non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and drive investigations.
• Monitor compliance with specifications, SWMS and SOPs.
• Facilitate weekly toolbox talks and communicate quality issues to crews.
• Support training analysis and verify employee licences, VOCs and competencies.
• Provide required project documentation to customers.

Required profile

• Previous experience with asphalt and bituminous products.
• Background in field testing or quality assurance within construction.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and White Card.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
• Effective communication and ability to work with minimal supervision.
