Project / Program Manager – Lead Strategic Initiatives

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across multiple business functions. The role will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring projects align with business objectives and are completed on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects and programs from initiation through implementation.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, milestones and resource requirements.
• Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Track progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate governance, planning and steering committee meetings.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation and change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project or program management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management and governance.
