Project Manager – Technology Delivery

About the role

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing international organisation at a pivotal stage of its technology transformation. Reporting to the Head of Technology and Data, you will own delivery visibility, governance and execution across a portfolio of strategic software, data and technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage software, technology and transformation projects across multiple internal, external and offshore delivery teams.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadences and delivery disciplines for a complex project portfolio.
• Create clear visibility of project status, timelines, risks, dependencies and outcomes for executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate steering committees, project forums, delivery reviews and stakeholder workshops.
• Work closely with business leaders, product managers, business analysts, architects, engineers and vendors.
• Coordinate discovery, assessment and stakeholder engagement to consolidate fragmented project information.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating complex technology projects in an international, multi‑vendor environment.
• Ability to create structure, visibility and accountability across diverse initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with senior business and technology leaders.
• Comfort with discovery phases, consolidating fragmented data and establishing a single source of truth.
• Experience driving governance forums, steering committees and delivery cadences.
