Project Manager – Technology & Cybersecurity (Hybrid)

About the role

Infotrust is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology and cyber‑security engagements for clients across Australia. This hybrid position works from both Sydney and Melbourne offices and offers the chance to collaborate with seasoned consultants, engineers and security specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of technology and cyber‑security projects, from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, resources, milestones and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal technical teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Support project governance, commercial outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with consultants and engineers to ensure successful execution.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive and comfortable bringing structure to complex environments.
• Strong communicator able to build credibility with stakeholders.
• Experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator or similar delivery role.
• Exposure to technology, IT services, cyber‑security, infrastructure, cloud or managed‑services environments.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects moving forward.
• Genuine interest in technology and cyber‑security with a willingness to learn.
