Project Manager - Support Services (Weapons & Ammunition)

About the role

Rheinmetall Defence's Weapon and Ammunitions business unit is hiring a Project Manager for its Support Services (Weapons and Ammunition) role. The team works on Protections Systems projects such as MASS and Sea Mines sustainment, alongside the Program Director. The position was created because of program growth, and covers projects moving from acquisition and delivery into sustainment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, resources and budgets
• Track performance and report progress
• Proactively identify and manage risks
• Work across multiple areas of the business so projects stay on track and are delivered successfully

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, ILS or another relevant equivalent
• Background in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or other support service areas
• Experience working under an ASDEFCON contract
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government security clearance (Australian citizenship required)
