Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

About the role

Built is looking for a Project Manager (or Senior Project Manager) to lead the delivery of construction projects that meet business objectives while upholding quality, safety and environmental standards. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders while meeting project expectations.
• Ensure project profitability through cost management, progress review and value‑added solutions.
• Manage contracts from procurement to claims resolution with strict control measures.
• Strategically plan projects, considering resources, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Efficiently manage timelines and programs to mitigate delays and optimise efficiency.
• Uphold positive industrial relations, regulatory compliance, quality standards, HSE protocols and staff development.

Required profile

• Effective leadership through delegation, mentoring and team building.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with a focus on quality and risk assessment.
• Demonstrated commitment, accountability and adaptability in team management.
• Excellent communication skills that foster collaboration and problem solving.
• Tertiary qualification in Building/Construction Management or a related field with a proven track record in project delivery.
