Project Manager – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd., a global leader in renewable energy solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to drive both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities for utility and commercial & industrial (C&I) photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage system (ESS) projects across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales activities: account management, account planning, project and portfolio management, and follow‑up.
• Oversee post‑sales delivery: contract administration, stakeholder coordination, schedule control, commissioning, and receipt of project payments.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from opportunity identification to commissioning and O&M.
• Conduct commercial and legal reviews of EPC, O&M, supply agreements, term sheets, schedules, and warranty documents.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and partners, and lead routine project meetings and reporting.
• Support marketing initiatives such as project publishing, case‑study development, and participation in seminars or webinars.
• Contribute to the establishment of the company’s PMO by sharing project‑management expertise and training junior staff.

Required profile

• Full working rights in Australia.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree highly desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of business‑related experience in the renewable‑energy sector.
• Experience in multicultural organisations is preferred.
