Project Manager – Lead Complex Technology & Transformation Projects

About the role

Join IXOM's Project Management Office to lead a diverse portfolio of technology, transformation and business projects. You will work with senior stakeholders to deliver acquisitions, system implementations, supply chain and operational improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of business, technology and transformation projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource forecasts.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and governance requirements.
• Facilitate project team meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Prepare project reporting, steering committee packs and executive updates.
• Build strong relationships with business sponsors, project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Manage vendors and external delivery partners where required.
• Contribute to project management best practice and continuous improvement across the PMO.

Required profile

• Experience delivering medium to large business, technology or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all organisational levels.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• PRINCE2, PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
