Project Manager

About the role

Terra Firma is expanding its Project Management practice and seeks experienced Project Managers to lead business and technology initiatives for a variety of Australian clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through delivery, developing plans, timelines, budgets and forecasts.
• Manage governance forums, steering committees and reporting, and ensure successful project closure and handover.
• Build strong relationships with business, technology and vendor stakeholders, managing risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops, project planning sessions and work across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.

Required profile

• Practical, commercially minded Project Manager with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering business, technology and transformation projects in consulting environments.
• Ability to work effectively with executives, business leaders, delivery teams and vendors.
• Comfortable travelling across Victoria and attending client sites as required.

Required skills

• PRINCE2, PMBOK, SAFe or Scrum certifications (or equivalent).
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
