Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join ecoPortal’s PMO team and lead the delivery of SaaS health and safety software implementations. You will manage a portfolio of projects ranging from standard roll‑outs to bespoke solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of SaaS projects, from kickoff through to post‑implementation handover.
• Lead project planning and coordinate handover from Sales to implementation teams.
• Control scope, change requests and ensure alignment with contract agreements.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies, providing regular status updates.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Implementation Specialists and customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate customer sign‑off and transition to business‑as‑usual operations.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to plan, organise and manage project risks.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing project scope.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of delivering successful implementations.
