Project Manager

About the role

Steadfast Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Project Atlas, a strategic transformation programme that will migrate core systems across Miramar's commercial underwriting operations. You will work closely with senior business leaders, technology teams, external vendors and the Enterprise PMO to deliver a complex, high‑impact change initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the Miramar platform migration, covering planning, governance, requirements, implementation, change management and transition to BAU.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, technology teams and third‑party vendors.
• Develop and execute change‑management, communication, training and adoption strategies to drive business readiness.
• Facilitate effective governance, decision‑making and continuous improvement across delivery teams while aligning with enterprise project‑management frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale, complex technology migration or transformation programmes, preferably in insurance, financial services or fintech.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, including partnership with C‑suite executives and external technology vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, budgets, risks and cross‑functional teams in complex environments.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Hybrid and traditional delivery methodologies with relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile).
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching and problem‑solving abilities.
