Project Manager

About the role

Bailey Abbott, a progressive IT consultancy, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client projects from inception to delivery. You will work within a collaborative community of practice, applying your leadership and analytical skills to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site leadership, motivating and guiding project teams to meet milestones.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all project phases.
• Procure and allocate resources to achieve objectives within agreed timeframes.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities, chair project management meetings, and ensure clear communication.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, delivering timely updates to customers.
• Develop and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to diverse audiences.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Software Programming and Development.
• Relevant professional certifications aligned with project management best practices.
