Project Manager – Fitout and Refurbishment

About the role

Fletch Collective, a BESIX Watpac company, is expanding in Queensland and is looking for a Project Manager to manage the delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects across diverse sectors. The role covers the project from tender handover through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the project from tender handover to completion in line with company procedures.
• Manage and review timely completion of works according to the project program, including administration, financial management and reporting.
• Manage, coordinate and ensure the quality of the works performed.
• Initiate, modify and implement the Safety Plan and chair safety meetings.
• Comply with company safety policies and procedures and meet OH&S legislative requirements.

Required profile

• Degree, Diploma or Trade in Construction, Building or a related discipline.
• Solid experience managing building, fitout or refurbishment projects from tender handover to completion.
• Ability to communicate, influence and build relationships at all levels of the business.
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to build and lead a results-driven team.
