Project Manager – Fit Out & Refurbishment

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead fit‑out and refurbishment projects for our Sydney division. You will own the delivery from pre‑construction through handover, coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to achieve high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver fit‑out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
• Manage programmes, budgets, procurement and cost control.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Monitor and mitigate project risk, variations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, schedule and commercial targets.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and support project teams to successful delivery.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering commercial fit‑out or refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery, contracts and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management abilities.
• Commercially aware, organised and solutions‑focused.
