Project Manager – FIFO (5:2 or 4:3)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering and construction projects on a FIFO roster (5:2 or 4:3). The role involves full‑lifecycle ownership, from planning through to delivery, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality targets while complying with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, delivering to scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers in fast‑paced environments.
• Manage project risks, contracts, budgeting and commercial reporting.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Project Management.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering contractor‑side projects.
• Proven track record on projects valued between $5 M and $40 M for Tier 1 mining or infrastructure clients.
• Strong commercial discipline across contracts, budgeting and risk management.
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute positively to team culture.
